All our parcels are delivered by Royal Mail

Please note that occasionally, delivery time may vary due to extreme weather conditions and ferry disruptions. We will not be held responsible for any delays. We are unable to provide 24 or 48 hour tracking as it would not be guaranteed to arrive in time.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each gift is wrapped and packaged in recycled boxes, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Fragile items are cushioned with bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and know  when to expect your handmade gift. If you encounter any issues we are always here to help.
